Hati nie mcm bengkerk jer dengan maid saya....terasa macam dia nie dah macam jadi semakin malas, ambik kesempatan dan tak tahu nak ambik hati saya grrrr.... memang perasan dia nie semakin menunjukkan her true colors lepas incident mintak naik gaji sebelum raya hari tu. Not even 1 year, dah mintak naik gaji :( pastu pastu saya dapat tahu anak saya makan nasi kosong sebab dia m.a.l.a.s nak goreng telur :( dia sendiri yg kata "saya malaslah nak goreng..." grrrr..pastu pastu semalam, anak saya kelaparan lagi uhuk uhuk...haiyaaa...susah rasanya..nak marah dia tu dah tua, nak cakap mmg dah berbuih dah mulut...sekejap jer laa dia buat, pastu lupa balik...
Times like this I always try to look into her positive things to counter her negative attitude...takpela dia dah tua, takpelah dia tak ingat, takpelah mungkin dia penat...yelah manusia kan mmg tak lari dari buat kesalahan :P Nampaknya, i think i have to let her go after next raya and try a younger one and wishing to get a GodSend house helper :P boley?
Kalau tak pun, saya jer lah yang jadi house helper, habis cerita! HA HA HA...

I'd advise you to let her go now, but to get a new one is another loteri halal and not to mention the mooney.
I'd advise you to suck it in and bear with it. But how could you do that? Your children's well being's at stake here.

But I guess if she's that irresponsible, maybe next Raya is far too late.
You know what, everytime I have a new maid, I tell myself. I'm getting a new one, a better one. Pscyh youself!! Insyallah you will.

temp solution is to daily advise her what to do..perghhh..penat jer weiii nak buat checkpoint calls.

Lollies : i pun ada fikir pasal tu..susah2 hantar nursery. with 2 i still can handle the house chores. tapinya, that idea was muted but rejected anyways.

Not having a maid is HARDWORK...eish to get someone else to cook for the kids naik lemak pulakkan maid nih...emphh...
ni dah kes teruk, apahal kasi anak majikan makan nasi kosong!! But maid memaaaaanglah macam ni, after sometime they get complacent lepas tu mula lah kona sana sini, kerja lepas tangan, kalau dia ada handphone laaagi parah..
memula jer okay maid ni..yang payahnya kita lah, tak ada maid, kita sesak nafas tengok housechores, ada kalu macam ni pulak..
after my maid left, I kemas bilik ni masyaAllah punya lah banyak hidden sampah!!!!!! sblm ni my husband selalu cakap dia ni buat kerja apa hari2, sana habuk, sini melekit..tapi I diam jer..
rasa nak jer buat macam jiran Cha sebelah rumah I tu, hari2 tengking maid dia, tapi bila kita berperikemanusiaan, depa pulak buat cinetron kat sini!
sekarang memang penat giler I tapi terasa leganya jugak, and I get to lose some weight naturally bit by bit :p
sorry tak tau nak advise you macam mana..may be the best option hantar maid and kids to your parents kot.
OO : cakap pasal maid ni mmg kita boleh buat buku kan...tapi mmg betullah..bila kita baik, dia pijak kepala kita..mentang2 i pun buat benda2 kerja rumah..so dia nie pun naik rileks..suka benooooo tgk tv...i dgn hubby siap ckp, dia patut belajar from what she see our jirans' maid (fyi semua jiran i Cha)...kalau keluar pagi2 tu..siaplaa u tgk berderet maid duk basuh kereta 2-3 bijik terbongkok2, cabut rumput n so forth...we treat her like our own family tau...dia pulak yg naik lemak...grrrrr... :( lagi ada hati mintak naik gaji...duh!!!
i pun sama mcm u gak..awal2 tgk rajin wooo..lepas 6 bulan hehehe..tanduk semua keluar :P
aisehhh...berdosa jer buat ketupat pagi2 nih :(

i dulu pun ada problem ni.
i think kan maid ni pure luck je. tah la i sendiri pun tak tau sebab dulu i treat the ex maid and the current maid sama je tapi ex maid tu tak habis habis bagi orang sakit jiwa. tensen sangat kdg kdg pegi keje while driving mmg pikir la camna nak handle dia tu. dia dah la tak respect i as her majikan lepas tu asyik ngelat tapi in the end i hantar dia balik je sebab dia mmg melampau sgt.
the current one okay. dah tua tapi alhamdullilah she is a great worker la and rasa la ada maid ni menolong bukannya memeningkan hee hee unlike dulu.
i think u better sound dia, and pasang cctv tu is a good idea. sebab rasa dia takut sikit. kalau ur maid is good, keje sume ok kite nak raise increment ke bagi hadiah ke tak kisah sgt tapi kalau keje pun tah hapa-hapa camna la nak reward diaorang betul tak ??
isk i don't like her already. Mengemas is one thing, anak-anak punya welfare lagi.
